Nelly Hailiti received the 2018 Swiss Art Award. For her presentation this Thursday 27 Sept, 21h she worked on a top secret file to be revealed only at the Textil Werkbereich since she has absolutely carte blanche. I haven’t been around Geneva lately, neither during the art awards in Basel on summer. But I can assure she has been exhaustibly producing in all kind of formats since some 10 years ago. At that time we shared atelier at the Boulevard Helvétique 9, during our studies at the Haute école d’art et de design – Genève.
